Welcome to CrossFit Lake Travis! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    14 Push-Press
    BB 50m Carry
    14 Hang Clean
    BB 50m Carry
    14 Touch and Go Deadlift
    BB 50m Carry
    14 OHS
    200m BB Carry

    *10 Barbell Pushups (each partner) penalty if bar is dropped (except DL)

    Strength:
    3x10 Back Squat @60%

    Snatch Complex x 6
    Hang+below knee+Full squat snatch+3OHS @60-70%


    Conditioning:


    EMOM Until failure
    HSPU and Pull-ups
    Adding 1 rep to each movement per round.

    Example:
    1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4…


    If failed 15 MB Russian twist EMOM through min 12.

    2x15 Lateral jumps
    -Both legs
    -single leg (R and L)
    -Twist in air

    Tabata Front Squat 20/10
    8 Rounds (45/32)


    Conditioning:

    1 Mile run for Time

    3min rest

    Then…

    4 min. to establish total weight for 5 squat cleans

    -Women must increase 5# and men increase 10 # after each rep.
    -You are able to lift one of your chosen weight 2 times for a total score of weight.
