Welcome to CrossFit Lake Travis! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    Conditioning:

    75 thrusters (95/65)
    200m penalty bar drops
    *15 minute cap
    Level 1: 75/55
    Level 2: 65/45
    Level 3: 55/35

    Conditioning:
    5 minutes to complete:
    800m run
    ME air squats
    rest 3 minutes
    then for time:
    100 double unders
    25 snatches (95/65)
    Score= squats + time
