Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any membership, class package, or drop-in purchase. Punch cards and drop-ins must be used within their stated validity period and are non-refundable, regardless of usage. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time with required notice; however, no partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
